Patients who are registered at Bath Row Medical Practice and signed up for Online Services can now request access to see their medical record online.
The Practice currently offers the ability for patients to see a detailed version of their medical record online. This version includes information such as demographics, Immunisations, all Major, Minor and inactive problems, results (numerical) and medication. Detailed coded record access will not include any free text, letters and attachments or Administrative items such as tasks.
To request access to your detailed coded record you will need to do the following:
- Register for Online Services at the Practice (for instructions on how to do this please click here)
- Log into your Online Services account
- On the main screen click - Online Account Management followed by Manage Online Services. Click Add next to Detailed Coded Record.
Please note that any requests for online access to your Full Clinical Record will not be processed as this service is currently not provided by the Practice. If you wish to have full access to your medical record please follow the procedure described here.
All requests for detailed coded record access must be checked by a GP before access is granted. Please allow up to 30 days for access to be granted. You will be informed via text message when access has been granted.
